What it’s for
Protein powder needs a shaker and a sink. A carton needs nothing, which is why it is the one that actually gets drunk on a busy morning.
What to check in the listing
They are heavy to ship, so the 12-pack is usually the sweet spot on price per carton. Chocolate and vanilla are the safe first buys. Cold from the fridge they taste twice as good as from the cupboard.
