Picking tip: Nuun in North America, HIGH5 Zero in the UK, Hydralyte in Australia — same idea, different local brand. The 'sport' versions are sodium-heavier than the 'daily' ones. Keep the tube shut tight; a damp tablet fizzes in the tube and the rest go soft.
