What it’s for

The whey alternative for anyone who finds dairy heavy, which is a lot of people once portions shrink.

What to check in the listing

Pea on its own is a little short on one amino acid; a pea-and-rice blend rounds it out, so blends are the better buy. Plant powders are thicker than whey: use more liquid and a shaker ball, or blend. The unsweetened tubs are the ones to stir into oats or soup.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.
