Why you’d want it: Different from a sports electrolyte: the sugar is there on purpose so the salts absorb faster. The sachet for a genuinely rough day.

Picking tip: Mix it with exactly the water on the packet; stronger is not better, it works the other way. Sip over an hour rather than downing it. If you cannot keep fluids down for a day, that is a doctor question, not a sachet question. Keep two sachets in the travel bag.
