What it’s for

A ten-second sanity check for water and solutions, for people who like knowing.

What to check in the listing

Fine for a rough check, useless for precision — the colour bands are wide and the reading is a judgement call. A 0–14 strip is the sensible all-purpose choice; only go narrower if you already know the range you're testing.

Resolution1 pHResolution is the smallest step it can show. A 0.001 g scale reads milligrams; a 0.1 g kitchen scale cannot.

PriceBudgetPrice tier is the rough position within its category, not a live price: budget is the cheapest sensible option, premium costs more for a reason the page explains.

SterileNoSterile means individually sealed and sterile until opened; anything that touches the inside of a vial or your skin should be.
