Why you’d want it: A tick on the door, made while the fridge is still open, is the habit that actually survives. Apps get ignored; a whiteboard at eye level doesn't.
Picking tip: A plain seven-column grid is more useful than a themed 'meal planner' with tiny boxes. Check it's actually magnetic — some are stick-on — and keep a spare pen on the fridge, because the one that comes with it will walk off.
