Vitamin B Complex

All eight B vitamins in one capsule or tablet: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. Sold in 60 to 365 counts.

  • All 8 B vitamins
  • One a day
  • 60–365 count

Why you’d want it: The one most people eating less each day add first, because the B vitamins come mainly from a full plate.

Picking tip: Two kinds in the catalogue: plain and 'methylated' (the active forms, sold as methylcobalamin and methylfolate). Either is fine for most people. Take it with breakfast, not at night; bright yellow urine afterwards is the B2 leaving and is normal.

Supplements are food, not medicine: nothing here treats or prevents anything. If you take any medicine, ask a pharmacist first.
